Chips Upgrade

A few months ago, my friends and I decided to buy poker chips so we could play poker more orderly than when we are using money. So one of us went off and bought cheap plastic poker chips.

I could still remember the first time those plastic poker chips were put to use. We were all so excited because we felt like professional poker players right there and then. Certainly, those poker chips only not made the game more enjoyable, but also more orderly.

However, as weeks passed by, we realized that the poker chips we had were simply not enough. They were too few to accommodate us all. If many players are in the game, we are only given small number of chips each, which destroys our strategy. One cannot simply make much out very little number of poker chips.

So we went on deciding to upgrade our poker chips and buy a set which has more chips in it. Not only that, but we also ditched the plastic ones and opted to go for composite poker chips.

The poker set that we bought consisted of a lot of chips, colored white, blue, red, green, and black. Along with the poker chips are two decks of quality cards plus six dice. The whole set is so heavy to carry, and it is encased in a silver suitcase, which is quite elegant.

Not only did our poker games become more realistic, but now, more players can join in the fun without destroying our gameplay. Everyone is delighted to have the new set. You could see us holding our poker chips more often now, and feeling them with our hands.

Because our new poker set is highly expensive, we must safeguard it at all times. Also, we make it a point to clean the poker chips every once in a while so that they will not look old that easily. We also count them after every game to make sure nothing is missing. Because of our new poker set, we have become obsessive compulsive human beings.

We will try to take care of our new poker set as much as we could to prolong its life. Buying poker sets is not a joke, especially if you go for one that is of high quality. So if in case you are planning a poker set of your own, learn to take care of it because money doesn't comer that easily.
